Lemon Cookies

• 1 (18 ounce) package lemon cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 13 cup oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 34 cup flaked coconut
• icing sugar

1. Combine cakke mix, eggs, oil and lemon juice.
2. Mix well until smooth.
3. Add coconut.
4. Roll into about 1 inch balls and drop onto cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 375 degres for 6-7 minutes, or until lightly browned tops.
6. After baked, sprinkle tops with icing sugar.
