Easy Beef Bourguignon

  1. Coat meat with flour.
  2. Heat oil in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add meat; cook and stir until evenly browned.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients except mushrooms; stir.
  5. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 1 hour.
  6. Add mushrooms; simmer 30 min.
  7. or until meat is tender.
  8. Remove and discard bay leaves.
