My Lite Cafe Mocha

• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
• 12 cup water
• 12 cup skim milk
• 12 tablespoon baking cocoa
• 12 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate syrup
• 6 (1 g) packets artificial sweetener (equal, splenda, etc.)
• 6 ice cubes

1. Dissolve coffee in the water.
2. Put everything into your blender.
3. Hit chop a couple of times to crush the ice.
4. Then blend for a few minutes.
