Crisp Salmon Patties Recipe
- 1 can pink salmon, mashed
- 2 med. Large eggs, beaten
- 1 crackers, crushed
- Mix together and form into patties.
- Drop into 1/2 inch warm corn oil and flatten slightly.
- Brown and turn only once.
- Drain on paper towel and serve.
- Note: Using crackers instead of flour and meal makes the patties crunchy instead of soft.
