Crisp Salmon Patties Recipe

  1. Mix together and form into patties.
  2. Drop into 1/2 inch warm corn oil and flatten slightly.
  3. Brown and turn only once.
  4. Drain on paper towel and serve.
  5. Note: Using crackers instead of flour and meal makes the patties crunchy instead of soft.
