Mexican Unstuffed Pepper Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat with peppers and onions in large skillet; drain.
  3. Stir in rice, salsa and 1/2 cup cheese.
  4. Spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake 25 min.
  6. or until heated through.
