Chicken Or Beef Enchiladas Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix 1 c. Cheddar cheese, 1 c. Monterey Jack, lowfat sour cream, onion, and garlic salt.
  3. Brown meat with 1/4 tsp.
  4. cumin.
  5. Add in 1/2 meat mix to cheese mix.
  6. Spoon 1/4 c. down center of tortilla.
  7. Roll and place in ungreased baking dish.
  8. Mix tomato sauce, chilies, rest of meat and sauce.
  9. Spoon over top of enchiladas.
  10. Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
  11. Bake 20-30 min till bubbly and cheese melts.
