Pork chop dinner
- 2 cans of tomato soup
- 4 small carrots (chopped)
- 3 potatoes (sliced)
- 1 cans of peas
- 3 shoulder blade pork chops
- 1 onion sliced
- Set oven 375.
- Put loads of salt and pepper on pork chops.
- Next fry them in oil to tenderized them.
- Meanwhile, slice onion, carrots and potatoes.
- Put potatoes on the bottom of dutch oven.
- Put pork chops on top of potatoes.
- Then carrots and peas with the juices it adds flavor then tomato soups.
- Finally onions.
- Cover and put in oven for 2 1/2 hours
