Turkey Salad With Lemon Pepper Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 pound (1/2-inch thick) slice deli turkey breast, cubed
- 1/4 pound (1/2-inch thick) slice Land O Lakes Deli American, cubed
- 1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 2 ribs (2 cups) celery, sliced 1/2 inch
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
- Lettuce leaves, if desired
- Combine all dressing ingredients in bowl; mix well.
- Combine all salad ingredients except lettuce leaves in another bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
