BOCA Sloppy Joes

• 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
• 1 tsp. oil
• 1 cup frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
• 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
• 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
• 2 hamburger buns

1. Cook and stir onions in hot oil in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 min.
2. or until tender.
3. Stir in all remaining ingredients except buns; cook 3 min.
4. or until heated through (160 degrees F), stirring occasionally.
5. Serve in buns.
