Signature Turkey Bistro Burger

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
  2. Add shallots; toss to coat.
  3. Gently shake off excess flour.
  4. Cook in 350 degrees F deep-fat fryer 1 to 2 min.
  5. or until crisp and lightly browned; drain.
  6. Season with additional salt and pepper; keep warm.
  7. For each serving: Shape 5-oz.
  8. turkey into 1/2-inch-thick patty; season with additional salt and pepper.
  9. Grill on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  10. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  11. Top with 1 cheese slice.
  12. Grill 30 sec.
  13. or until cheese begins to melt.
  14. Spread cut surfaces of 1 bun with 2 Tbsp.
  15. bistro sauce; fill with burger, 2 bacon slices and 1/2 oz.
