Tomato parmesan
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs ( I use Italian)
- 2 1/2 cup Italian blend cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Slice tomatoes.
- Make sure they are not too thin!
- Dip tomato slices into bread crumbs and cover both sides.
- Then place into sprayed baking/pan.
- Sprinkle cheese on tomatoes until covered.
- Then sprinkle the basil and oregano ontop of cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Take out and let sit for about 5-10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
