Cognac 75

• 1 ounce cognac
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• Champagne
• Lemon twist

1. Shake the cognac, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice, and strain into a champagne flute.
2. Top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
