Tuna and Wasabi Crackers
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 150g tuna fillet
- 60g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 12 CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers, Classic
- 12 slices pickled ginger
- coriander leaves, for garnish
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over a high heat, add tuna and cook for 1 minute on each side.
- Remove from frying pan and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice tuna into thin slices.
- In a small bowl combine the Philly,* mayonnaise, Wasabi and lemon juice.
- Top each cracker with a slice of tuna, Wasabi cream and pickled ginger.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
