Tuna and Wasabi Crackers

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over a high heat, add tuna and cook for 1 minute on each side.
  2. Remove from frying pan and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Slice tuna into thin slices.
  4. In a small bowl combine the Philly,* mayonnaise, Wasabi and lemon juice.
  5. Top each cracker with a slice of tuna, Wasabi cream and pickled ginger.
  6. Garnish with coriander and serve.
