White Sangria (Blanca)
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup sugar
- 4 sticks cinnamon
- 1 vanilla bean
- 750 ml pinot grigio wine
- 2 cups sparkling apple cider
- 12 cup peach schnapps
- 14 cup Cointreau liqueur
- 20 ounces pineapple slices in juice
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 2 cups fruit (mix of peaches, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- Combine water, sugar, cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean in a sauce pan.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Slice/cut up fruit.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Chill and meld for at least an hour.
- Serve over ice.
- Prep time includes the minimum hour of melding.
