ULTIMATE loaded baked potato soup

  1. In large pot: melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour.
  2. Let cook for few minutes
  3. Add milk 1 cup at a time until all 7 cups added.
  4. (Continue whisking)
  5. Continue whisking milk until thickens.
  6. Once thick.
  7. Add your potatoes and stir.
  8. Mash some of the potatoes with the back of the spoon against the sides of the pot to add different textures.
  9. Reduce heat to low and stir in the sour cream, bacon and cheese.
  10. Serve immediately with chopped green onions, bacon crumbles and shredded cheese
