Saffron infused oil
- 1/2 grams saffron threads
- 2 tbsp saffron flowers
- 11 oz olive oil, extra virgin
- 12 oz bottle
- Sanitize bottle remove all water from bottle.
- Then put oil in bottle to see how much it will hold.
- Heat 8 ounces of oil.
- Add saffron threads and flowers.
- Add 3 ounces room temperature oil to bottle.
- Add both saffrons.
- Pour hot oil on top
- Let it cool sit at least 8 hours before using it will last as long as regular olive oil will.
