Saffron infused oil

• 1/2 grams saffron threads
• 2 tbsp saffron flowers
• 11 oz olive oil, extra virgin
• 12 oz bottle

1. Sanitize bottle remove all water from bottle.
2. Then put oil in bottle to see how much it will hold.
3. Heat 8 ounces of oil.
4. Add saffron threads and flowers.
5. Add 3 ounces room temperature oil to bottle.
6. Add both saffrons.
7. Pour hot oil on top
8. Let it cool sit at least 8 hours before using it will last as long as regular olive oil will.
