Protein Bars
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup dry textured soy protein granules
- 14 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 12 cup chopped sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sugar
- 14 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large egg
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pat firm firmly into a sprayed 8-inch cake pan.
- Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
- Cool, Cut into bars.
- Wrap in plastic.
