Easy Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake
- 32 ounces refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar (I've used less and it's still good)
- Spread one chocolate chip cookie dough into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- Place other cookie dough in the freezer.
- It makes it easier to slice.
- Mix together cream cheese,sugar and eggs.
- Pour over cookie dough.
- Slice remaining pkg of dough and place on top.
- Bake at 350 for EXACTLY 1 hour.
- If it starts to get too brown, remove from oven and cover with foil.
- Cool and service.
