Aunt Elsie's Hot Dog BarBQue Sauce

  1. Saute onion in fat until tender.
  2. Combine rest of ingredients in skillet with onion.
  3. Cut hotdogs 3 or 4 times but not all the way through (about a fourth of the way).
  4. Place in sauce and simmer until plump and hot.
