Cauliflower and Leek Soup
- 4 ounces cauliflower
- 4 ounces leeks
- 12 ounce parsley
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- 2 cups water
- Cut up the cauliflower and leeks and put into a pot with 2 cups of water and the bouliion cube.
- Boil until cauliflower is soft enough to put into a food processor or blender.
- While it's cooking, chop up the parsley.
- Once the cauliflower and leeks are cooked, add the parsley.
- Pour soup into food processor or blender and blend.
