• 1 honeydew melon
• 2 lemons, thinly sliced
• Juice of 2 limes
• 3 bottles Chablis, Sauternes or possibly other white wine
• 1 bottle champagne, chilled

1. Preparation time: 20 min.
2. Chilling time: 1 hour.
3. Serves: 8.
