Warm Winter Fruit Pizza
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 ready-to-use baked whole wheat pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 2 tsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 fresh pear, thinly sliced
- 2 kiwis, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
- Place cranberries in small bowl; cover with boiling water.
- Let stand 10 min.
- Meanwhile, place pizza crust on baking sheet.
- Beat next 3 ingredients with mixer until well blended; spread onto crust.
- Drain cranberries.
- Arrange pear and kiwi slices over pizza; top with cranberries and nuts.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until heated through.
- Serve warm.
