Nutella cupcakes with cream cheese icing
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup soft nutella
- 2 cup icing sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 box Philadelphia cream cheese
- Preheat over to 180 degrees
- Add flour into a bowl, dig a well in center add eggs, milk and sugar
- Combine untill smooth and add in any extra flour if too runny
- Use ice cream scoop and add into cup cake patty pappers and put into iver for about 40 mins or until golden brown
- After cup cakes have cooled down add rest of ingredients into a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add icing onto top of cup cakes and serve immediately.
