Grilled Chicken Breasts Saltimbocca

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Place 3 sage leaves on each breast half.
  4. Place 1 prosciutto slice on top of each breast half, tucking in edges if necessary; secure with toothpicks.
  5. Arrange chicken, prosciutto side down, on grill over medium heat and grill 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Turn and grill until chicken loses its pink color throughout, 5 to 6 minutes longer.
