Grilled Chicken Breasts Saltimbocca
- 4 medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- .13 tsp. salt
- .13 tsp. ground black pepper
- 12 fresh sage leaves
- 4 large prosciutto
- Prepare grill.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place 3 sage leaves on each breast half.
- Place 1 prosciutto slice on top of each breast half, tucking in edges if necessary; secure with toothpicks.
- Arrange chicken, prosciutto side down, on grill over medium heat and grill 5 to 6 minutes.
- Turn and grill until chicken loses its pink color throughout, 5 to 6 minutes longer.
