Lighter Spinach and Feta Dip
- 6 ounces fat free Greek yogurt
- 34 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 14 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 12 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- Combine yogurt, cheeses, sour cream, and garlic in a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in spinach, dill and black pepper.
