Mint Kiwi

• 12 kiwi, fresh, diced
• 12 ounce lemon juice
• 12 ounce simple syrup
• 1 ounce vodka
• 12 ounce creme de menthe

1. In a cocktail shaker crush kiwi pieces.
2. Fill with ice and add remaining ingredients.
3. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
4. Garnish with kiwi slice.
