Bloody MarySaratoga Style
- 4 cups good-quality tomato juice
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
- 8 ounces vodka
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Celery ribs, cleaned and trimmed, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for garnish
- In a large pitcher, mix together the tomato juice, Worcestershire, horseradish, celery salt, pepper, Tabasco, and vodka.
- Stir until all of the ingredients are mixed well.
- Just before serving, add the lime juice.
- Pour into tall glasses filled with ice.
- Garnish with a celery rib and a lime wedge.
