Double Anise Almond Biscotti

  1. Cream first 3 ingredients; add next 3.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients.
  3. Mix together and add nuts.
  4. Chill dough.
  5. Place 1/2 amount on waxed paper; make a roll like French bread.
  6. Chill.
  7. Remove from waxed paper and place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 350F (180C) F 20 minutes or until light brown.
  9. Cool on rack.
  10. Slice into 1/2 inch slices and toast 5 minutes.
