Peaches in Wine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine sweet
- 16 ounces peaches sliced
- Heat sugar, wine and lemon juice in 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, pour over peaches.
- Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, until chilled, about 1 hour.
