Easy White Sauce in 5 Minutes
- 600 ml Milk
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 50 grams Margarine or butter
- 4 tsp Soup stock cube
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Put the milk in a pan and heat (low to medium heat) and mix in the ingredients.
- (keep mixing constantly)
- When it just comes to the boil (the edges will start to bubble), add the soup stock, salt and pepper.
- Mix for 1-2 minutes, and when the sauce thickens, turn the heat off and it's done!
- You can make a gratin by mixing in macaroni, chicken or sausages, and whatever vegetables you like!
- Or add tuna and mushrooms and eat with pasta!
- It's so versatile.
