Light Coconut Meringue Cookie

  1. Beat egg whites with the salt until fluffy, gradually add the sugar and flavoring trying to keep the mixture as fluffy as possible.
  2. Finally fold in the coconut and spoon onto your greased baking tray.
  3. Bake at 200C for a maximum of 20 minutes.
