Breakfast Sandwich Recipe
- 1 slice pocket bread
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 ounce. cheese - cheddar or possibly Monterey Jack
- 2 slices tomato
- Sprouts (optional)
- Peel and slice hard boiled egg.
- Grate cheese.
- Place cheese and egg in pocket bread and microwave approximately 25 seconds or possibly till cheese is melted.
- Add in tomato slices and sprouts.
- Enjoy.
