Pasta Rosa
- 3 cups uncooked penne pasta Lisce or Rigate
- 1 small head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 pkg (250 g) pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- COOK pasta according to package directions, adding broccoli during final minutes of cooking; drain.
- COMBINE cream cheese, juice, onions, basil & garlic in large frypan over medium heat, stirring until smooth; stir in tomatoes & chicken.
- Toss with pasta & broccoli; serve immediately.
