Crispy Strawberry Sensations

  1. Melt margarine over medium heat, add jam and sugar to form a syrup.
  2. Cook at slow, steady boil for five minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and lemon zest.
  4. Quickly and gently mix with cereal, folding mixture together with a spatula.
  5. Smooth into 8x8 pan and let cool completely before slicing.
