Pasta Bake with Meat Sauce and Cheese

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  3. Meanwhile, brown meat with onions and garlic in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
  4. Stir in pasta sauce and Italian seasoning; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in basil and crushed pepper.
  6. Spread 3/4 cup meat sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Drain pasta; place in medium bowl.
  8. Add ricotta and half the remaining meat sauce; mix lightly.
  9. Spoon over meat sauce in baking dish; top with remaining meat sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan.
  10. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  11. or until heated through.
  12. Let stand 10 min.
  13. before serving.
