toasted ciabatta slice with mashed avocado spread and fried egg

• 1 ciabatta loaf
• 1 avocado
• 1 free range jumbo egg
• 1 avocado oil
• 1 black pepper

1. Cut the ciabatta loaf in egg sized slices and toast in flat press grill
2. Heat up a plate and use some avocado oil to grease the non-stick pan, fry the egg and crush some black pepper will cooking
3. Mash some avocado and spread it on the toasted ciabatta slices, add fried egg on top and enjoy!
