Summer Time Pork and Bean Salad
- 6 eggs
- 4 (15 ounce) cansbaked pork and beans, drain well
- 1 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 small onion, diced
- 5 radishes, diced
- 1 (16 ounce) jarcreamy salad dressing (or less)
- Boil eggs and chop.
- Drain beans well, stir together the beans, relish, onion and radishes.
- Stir in the salad dressing, mixing gently.
- Stir in eggs.
- The amount of dressing can be adjusted to suit your taste.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving.
