brat casserole
- 1 lb elbow macaroni noodles
- 2 brats
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 12 oz velveeta cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small onion,diced
- 1 small green pepper,diced
- 2 large garlic cloves,chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- cook noodles as directed on box,drain.
- slice up brats,and brown in a small skillet,with the oil.once all brown,drain on paper towel.return back to skillet,and add onion,green pepper,and garlic.cook for 10 min.season with salt n pepper
- in a med saucepan add cheese,and milk and cook on low heat until cheese melts.
- add your cheese to the noodles,and mix well.
- add your brat mixture to the noodles,and mix well.
- enjoy.
