Mixed Vegetable Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain well.
  2. Saute/fry celery and onion in 2 Tbsp.
  3. butter till tender.
  4. Combine mixed vegetables, celery mix, mayonnaise, and cheese; spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  5. Combine cracker crumbs and 2 Tbsp.
  6. butter; sprinkle over casserole.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till bubbly.
  8. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
