Simple Portobello Bake
- 1 lb portabella mushroom, sliced about 1/2 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- garlic powder
- salt
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- Wash and drain portobellos.
- Toss with the olive oil.
- Arrange in single layer in baking pan.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan while still hot.
- Serve while hot, enjoy.
