Avacado Salad Souffle Recipe

  1. Dissolve gelatin in warm water; let cold.
  2. Add in lemon juice, pineapple juice, mayonnaise and salt.
  3. Blend well in mixer and allow to refrigeratetill thickened.
  4. Pour into ice trays in freezer for a few min.
  5. Turn into mixing bowl; beat till fluffy.
  6. Mix in cream, avacado, nuts and pineapple.
  7. Pour into molds.
  8. Serves 12-16.
