Cheesy Vegetable Burritos
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 1 each green and red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 5 large flour tortillas
- 1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Mexican Cheese
- Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add peppers, carrots and garlic; cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Stir in beans and corn; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
- or until heated through.
- Spoon vegetable mixture down centres of tortillas; top with cheese.
- Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
