Cheesy Vegetable Burritos

  1. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add peppers, carrots and garlic; cook 3 to 4 min.
  3. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in beans and corn; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  5. or until heated through.
  6. Spoon vegetable mixture down centres of tortillas; top with cheese.
  7. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
