Honey Dijon Salad with Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups loosely packed watercress
- 2 kiwi, peeled, sliced
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 cup Renee's Honey Dijon Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
- Combine all ingredients except vinaigrette and pumpkin seeds in large bowl.
- Add vinaigrette; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
