Potato Hash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 12 tablespoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Heat medium skillet to medium high heat and add olive oil.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick and wide cubes.
- Add potatoes to skillet.
- Sprinkle garlic salt, onion salt, pepper, and salt over potatoes and stir.
- Let cook for 4-6 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add milk and butter.
- Stir and simmer on low heat for 2-4 minutes or until tender.
