Cherry Tarts

  1. Mix together cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice, until very smooth.
  2. Put wafer in bottom of baking cup, round side down.
  3. Fill 1/2 full with cream cheese mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. Top with cool whip and cherry pie filling.
