Creamy PHILLY Maple Bread Pudding

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add apples; cook 5 to 7 min.
  4. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese product, eggs and vanilla in large bowl with whisk until well blended.
  6. Gradually whisk in milk.
  7. Reserve 1 Tbsp.
  8. syrup; stir remaining syrup into cream cheese mixture.
  9. Add bread cubes; stir to evenly coat.
  10. Add apples to bread mixture; mix lightly.
  11. Pour into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  12. Bake 40 min.
  13. or until pudding is set in centre and top is golden brown.
  14. Drizzle with reserved syrup.
  15. Let stand 10 min.
  16. before serving.
