Peas With Cream Sauce Recipe
- 1 can peas (drain), reserve 1 c. of juice
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 3 slices Kraft cheese
- Heat butter in medium size skillet.
- Add in flour.
- Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Gradually add in pea juice.
- Add in cheese.
- Cook till cheese melts.
- Add in peas; cook till peas are warm.
