Sopa De Mariscos *Authentic Mexican* (Seafood Soup)
- 1 packages Peeled, shell off shrimp
- 4 Tilapia Filets
- 4 Crab legs cut in thirds
- 1 packages Bacon
- 3 potatoes
- 12 baby carrots
- Cook full package of bacon.
- Set bacon aside and saute carrots in remaining bacon grease on med-high for about 2-4 mins.
- fill a large pot with about 3/4 of the pot with water and start a boil on high.
- add carrots and dice potatoes about 2 inches thick and add to water.
- After about 5 mins add in crab legs, tilapia, and shrimp.
- boil for about 20 mins until potatoes and carrots are tender.
- Serve and top with previously cooked bacon.
