Sopa De Mariscos *Authentic Mexican* (Seafood Soup)

  1. Cook full package of bacon.
  2. Set bacon aside and saute carrots in remaining bacon grease on med-high for about 2-4 mins.
  3. fill a large pot with about 3/4 of the pot with water and start a boil on high.
  4. add carrots and dice potatoes about 2 inches thick and add to water.
  5. After about 5 mins add in crab legs, tilapia, and shrimp.
  6. boil for about 20 mins until potatoes and carrots are tender.
  7. Serve and top with previously cooked bacon.
