Steak with BULL'S-EYE Butter

  1. Mix butter and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce until blended; spoon down centre of sheet of plastic wrap.
  2. Wrapping butter mixture tightly, roll into 9-inch log.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill steak 7 min.
  6. on each side or until medium done, brushing each side with 2 Tbsp.
  7. barbecue sauce for the last 5 min.
  8. Top steak with 2 (1/2-inch-thick) slices of flavoured butter.
  9. Refrigerate leftover butter.
