Always Great Pie Crust
- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 dash salt
- 6 tablespoons cold butter
- 2 tablespoons Crisco
- 3 tablespoons ice water
- Put flour and salt into food processor.
- Add butter and crisco and pulse to cut inches.
- Slowly add ice water until a ball is formed.
- Chill if desired, but you can roll out immediately to make 1 single crust.
